Honestly, proper walkability is missing in most societies. Everything is designed around cars. Even for small errands, you have to drive.

Drainage and flood planning should be a bigger priority now. Every monsoon season exposes weak infrastructure in many areas.

I think community spaces are underrated. Parks alone are not enough, people need active social areas and family spaces.
