Occupancy, schools, markets, public activity, and accessibility are usually the biggest indicators.
Shops and cafes make a huge difference.
If families are living there, the society automatically feels safer.
Mosques and parks create community interaction.
For me, active families make the biggest difference. A society feels alive when parks, mosques, and streets actually have people using them daily.
