Absolutely. If you work from home or attend online meetings, fiber availability should be one of the first things you check. A great house becomes frustrating if you’re dealing with slow or unreliable internet every day.

It depends on your needs. If you mainly browse the web and use social media, mobile data or broadband may be enough. But for families with multiple users, fiber is definitely a big advantage.

I wouldn’t reject a property just because fiber isn’t available today, but I’d check whether providers are planning to expand into that area soon. Infrastructure changes fairly quickly in many developing neighborhoods.
