Multiple visits can reveal traffic patterns, neighborhood activity, lighting conditions, and maintenance issues that aren’t obvious initially.

I always try to visit at least twice. The first visit is usually focused on the house itself, while the second is more about the neighborhood. Things like traffic, noise, and nearby activity can be very different depending on the time of day.

One visit wasn’t enough when I bought my last property. During the second visit, I noticed a drainage issue in the street that wasn’t obvious the first time because the weather was dry. That definitely influenced my decision.

If it’s a major investment, I think multiple visits are a must. Spending a few extra hours checking the property is much better than discovering problems after you’ve already committed.

I like visiting once during the day and once in the evening. You get a better idea of lighting, traffic flow, parking availability, and how active the neighborhood really is.
