Reliable mobile connectivity has become an important lifestyle factor for many buyers. While it may not directly determine property value, it can significantly affect day-to-day convenience, especially for remote workers and families.

For me, it’s become much more important than it used to be. I work from home several days a week, so poor mobile signals can be a deal-breaker even if the property itself is great.

I always test the mobile network before making a final decision. It’s surprising how some otherwise nice areas still have weak indoor coverage.

It depends on the purpose. If I’m buying purely as a long-term investment, network coverage isn’t my top concern. If I’m planning to live there, then it matters a lot.
