Buyers often focus on price and location, but traffic, nearby commercial activity, mosques, schools, and construction can significantly affect daily life. How much should noise influence a purchase decision?

For me, it’s a major factor. Price and location matter, but living with constant noise every day can really affect comfort. I always recommend visiting the neighborhood more than once to get a better sense of traffic, nearby businesses, and general activity before making a decision.
Noise pollution is one of the first things I check. A cheaper house isn’t worth it if you can’t sleep peacefully.
I made the mistake of buying near a busy road. The traffic noise gets exhausting after a few months.
I think it’s just as important as location. Peace and quiet have a huge impact on daily life.
