A few years ago, many investors preferred pre-launch or early-stage projects because prices were lower. But now, many buyers seem more interested in developed communities with active residents and facilities already available. What trend are you seeing?

Yes, I’m noticing that many buyers now prefer developed communities because they want visible infrastructure and less uncertainty.

I think buyers have become much more cautious now. Earlier, people were comfortable investing in future promises because prices were attractive. But after seeing delays in many projects, developed communities with active residents, utilities, and commercial areas feel much safer. Even if prices are slightly higher, buyers prefer lower risk and immediate usability.
