If you had to choose, would you rather save money on rent or have access to premium facilities?

I’d choose better amenities if they genuinely improve daily living, such as security and parking.

I’d choose lower rent. Amenities are nice, but monthly affordability has a bigger impact on my finances. If I can save a meaningful amount every month, I’d rather use that money elsewhere.

I’d choose lower rent. Saving money every month gives me more flexibility than amenities I may only use occasionally.
