Many of confused between buying a ready-made house or purchasing a plot and constructing my own home in Pakistan. With rising construction costs and property prices, which option is actually more practical in 2026? Looking for real experiences and advice.

From my experience, construction is only cheaper if you already own land and can supervise everything yourself. Otherwise, costs easily go out of control. Ready houses may look expensive upfront, but at least you know the final price.
