Two houses can have similar layouts and prices but offer very different levels of privacy depending on window placement, balconies, boundary walls, and distance between buildings. How much does everyday privacy influence your choice of a home or neighborhood?
I think privacy matters more after you actually move in. During a property visit, people tend to focus on rooms and finishes instead of what neighbors can see.
I’d check privacy from both directions. It’s not only about neighbors seeing into your home; you also don’t want your windows constantly facing someone else’s rooms.
