Two houses can have similar layouts and prices but offer very different levels of privacy depending on window placement, balconies, boundary walls, and distance between buildings. How much does everyday privacy influence your choice of a home or neighborhood?
Privacy matters a lot to me. A beautiful house loses some appeal if neighboring windows directly overlook bedrooms or family areas.

I’d prioritize natural light over complete privacy. Curtains, blinds and landscaping can solve some privacy issues.
