With more developers marketing “green” and “eco-friendly” housing, prices are noticeably higher. But are these features (solar panels, smart water systems, etc.) actually delivering long-term savings or just marketing hype?

Honestly, most so-called eco features are basic. Solar alone doesn’t justify the price unless it’s a full system. I’d rather install it myself.
